The post-exercise effect is a phenomenon in which people adapt to exercise stimulation for a relatively long period of time, and after the exercise stops, they feel the stimulating exercise that should not exist. The post-exercise effect has two attributes: the direction of the stimulating movement and the speed of the stimulating movement. The purpose of this research is to construct a calculation model that predicts the relationship between exercise stimulation speed and exercise aftereffect duration, and to interpret the results of psychophysiological experiments on exercise aftereffects by calculation.
